We work hard, improve from our mistakes, and make lots of jokes along the way. RPS is a place of laughter.

Favorite customer story?

Worked with a flower farm that needed water ASAP. After what seemed like everything under the sun went wrong, the solar pump setup rose to the occasion. We jumped every hurdle, and it was a team effort. Definitely one of the most rewarding projects I have been a part of.

What type of solar water pump projects do you like to work on most?

I like working on projects with multiple destinations (like pumping to a pond and a pressure tank) because they are always so interesting and create a fun challenge.
