We make every attempt to ship the same day the order is received. Sometimes, this is not possible, and the items will ship the following day.
Many of our systems include bulky solar panels. This usually requires ground shipping by either FedEx or UPS. We also utilize flat rate USPS boxes to try to keep shipping costs down. We charge flat rate shipping based on the products weight and size. If you have a preferred shipping service, please let us know during the checkout process.
Due to popularity, some of our items require a bit of extra time to ship. This will be noted on the product page along with an estimated shipping lead time. Please contact us if you have any concerns, and we will try our best to accommodate your specific needs.
Custom systems can usually be shipped within a few weeks of payment. An accurate lead time will be provided during the quotation process.

This is how much we believe in our products. We ask that the products be unused and that you pay the return shipping but we are happy to ship UPS labels and take the cost out of your refund if it’s easier on your end. Outside of 30 days and within reason, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15%.

We believe in our products and offer a 2-year limited liability warranty against manufacturer defects. If there are any issues with our product during the first 2 years, please contact us for a replacement. We keep many spare parts in stock and can get them shipped out quickly. In exchange for the 2 year warranty, we ask that you pay the shipping to return the defective item, and we will pay the shipping charges for the replacement item.
Instant Replacement Program
We understand that time is money, which is why we offer an instant replacement program. If warranty return of a part is required, we will ship the replacement part immediately while the defective part is being returned. We require a credit card number in order to ensure the defective part is returned and to prevent fraud. We may place a hold on your card, but as long as the defective part is returned, there will be no charges to your credit card.

There are occasions when replacement parts will be required past the 2-year warranty period. In these cases, please feel free to contact us for information on individual parts or units.
